At checkout, you'll have the opportunity to provide additional instructions / notes for personalizing your product.

Once your order is placed, we meticulously review your requests and communicate with you as necessary to ensure we understand your wishes. We'll then create a digital sample for you to review and approve.

The product does not go into production until it has been approved.

The majority of our products are available for purchase without customization. Therefore, we offer pricing options for both: Non-Personalized and Personalized.

Our personalized pricing covers standard artwork options, typically including one artwork placement and one color (if applicable) per item. However, please note that the definition of 'standard' may vary for each product to best complement its unique features.

If your personalization request exceeds the standard specifications but is feasible for the product, additional fees may apply to incorporate. These fees cover extra machine configurations and processes needed to accommodate multiple custom elements. Rest assured, we'll reach out to you to discuss your options in such cases.

Normally, personalized products ship (ground) within 14 business days or less AFTER your order goes into production. Many ship much faster than that but it can depend on the product.

Prior to production, your personalized design undergoes a crucial step: your approval of a digital sample. This process can take several business days to ensure everything aligns perfectly to your liking.

Should your needs have a closer deadline, contact us, we're often able to find products that fit your preferences and timeline. We'll put in our utmost effort to make it happen!

Non-personalized products don't require a digital sample / approval process. They usually ship (ground) within 5 business days or less of order confirmation.

While most products are shipped via UPS or FedEx, carriers may vary.

To personalize certain products, a minimum quantity purchase may be required. This will be noted in the product's description, if applicable.

These items are perfect for occasions where a collective personal touch is fitting for a group of recipients, like a wedding party, clients, or guests.

If a product has a minimum quantity but you wish to purchase fewer, contact us. We can often find a comparable product to match your preferred quantity.

Minimum quantities only apply to certain products that are going to be personalized. There are no minimums if you are not personalizing the product.
