Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items that are unused and still in their original packaging/tags can be returned within 14 days of the product being delivered. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged upon arrival or deviates from what was ordered.

 

Personalized Items

Personalized items are crafted exclusively for you. Returns/refunds are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged upon arrival or deviates from the approved order. 

 

Initiate A Return 

To initiate an eligible return, please contact us. Include your order confirmation number and provide a brief description outlining the reason for your return. We'll then contact you to facilitate the return.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed, to the original payment method, after we receive the returned product(s).
