For personalized products - once your order is placed, we meticulously review your personalization requests and communicate with you as necessary to understand your wishes.

If you are providing us with a custom logo, instructions to do so will be in the order confirmation.

We'll then create a digital sample for you to review and approve before the product goes into production.

When Will I Receive My Product?

Normally, personalized products ship (ground) within 14 business days or less AFTER your order goes into production.

Non-personalized products don't require a digital sample / approval process. They usually ship (ground) within 5 business days or less of order confirmation.
